Our Approach

Down to earth, practical, real advice.

Clear & concise communicating.

Focus on the best outcome -  that is in terms of cost, time, emotional & family considerations.

An awareness of the importance to the client of the cost of legal services and the value of legal services to each client in their particular situation.

Our Story

Joan Pierpoint is originally from Tamworth. She was admitted as a lawyer in 1987 and has practiced continuously as a solicitor since then. She furthered her experience in law, conveyancing and general legal work in Waverley, and Potts Point in Sydney.

Joan built her business as a legal practitioner in Taree for ten years, before finally moving her practice an hour up the road, to beautiful Port Macquarie.

Over the years, Joan Pierpoint has refined her focus to what it is today - one of the most experienced and proven local practices in Family law property settlements, Estate law - Probates, Family provision challenges and defences, Conveyancing and Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardians.
